Customer Storage Protection Plan

This is our newest product for the Self Storage industry and is available in most states. We recommend this product for any facility owner who has purchased Self Storage facility insurance through Deans & Homer. It is also available to any owner with a total of at least 2500 total units at all qualifying facilities. We provide you with an insurance product to cover your exposure to liability you choose to assume through your rental agreement. The program can provide you with a competitive edge by allowing you to offer an additional service to your customers while enhancing your rental income and thus the resale value of your property. Customer Storage Protection Plan is the most flexible of all our products and gives you the best opportunity to enhance your revenue.

Mail-in or Online

This product is available in most states. We provide you with brochures to give to your customer. Your customers can find information about what is covered and a short application offering a variety of limits and showing premiums and payment options at our website or in our brochures. You are not involved in the transaction, do not need a license, and do not receive any commission.

Pay with Rent

This product is currently available in AZ, CA, IL, FL, TX, NC and NJ for facilities with at least 100 units at a fully fenced site. This program involves you in the transaction of the sale of insurance for which you will be paid a commission. You are required to obtain a limited insurance license. Premium is conveniently paid along with your tenant's rent each month.
